High Build Silicone dries to a bright white finish which reflects UV and keeps roof surfaces cooler to help reduce cooling costs. High Build Silicone is approved on the following low slope surfaces: Previously coated roofs with elastomerics, aluminum or asphalt coatings, metal roofs, Built-Up, mineral cap sheets, APP and SBS membranes, weathered, PVC, EPDM & TPO membranes (exceptional adhesion even unprimed), spray foam roofs.

This coating should not be used over asphalt shingle roofs.
