High Build Silicone Roof Patch is a heavy duty, white rubber sealant that provides the ultimate waterproofing protection from the elements. Use to make repairs and stop leaks on damaged roof areas. This product has exceptional adhesion and flexibility and is compatible with most building materials. In hot or cold climates, this waterproof seal will permanently stretch to prevent cracking and peeling.

Approved on the following low slope surfaces: Previously coated roofs with elastomeric, aluminum or asphalt coatings, metal roofs, Built-Up, mineral cap sheets, APP and SBS membranes, weathered EPDM & TPO membranes, spray foam roofs and rainwater containment systems. This coating should not be used over asphalt shingle roofs.
